What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most new, unwashed, and unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. My order says delivered but I don’t have it. What should I do?
First, please check around your property, with neighbors, or with other members of your household. If the package is still missing, please contact us with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.

How do I start a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. From there, you can print a prepaid return label and instructions.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been finalized. Refunds may then take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
We are sorry to hear that! Please contact our customer care team immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will gladly assist you and arrange for a replacement or refund.
