We want you to love your purchase from californiasstyle.com. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center at californiasstyle.com to begin the process. You will be guided through the necessary steps to generate a return label and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include gift cards, items marked as final sale, and intimate apparel or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is a different price than the original, we will process a partial refund or charge the difference accordingly.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly cover the cost of return shipping and will work to resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or processing a full refund.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for store credit, provided they meet all other return criteria.
